Trish vs Lita Makes Top 20 in Greatest Raw Matches Countdown
WWE has ranked the epic main event battle between Trish Stratus and Lita on the December 6th, 2004 episode of Raw as one of the greatest matches in Raw history.
Ahead of the flagship show’s 1000th episode on July 23rd, WWE.com has been counting down the best 50 matches on Monday Night Raw — and Trish and Lita have ranked at a very respectable #16.
Update On Lita’s Driving Arrest
As reported earlier, former WWE talent Amy Dumas (a/k/a Lita) was arrested Friday in Columbia County, Georgia on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving with a suspended license. She was released on $2,200 bond and has already poked fun at the matter.
She tweeted Saturday afternoon, “You guys make a Team Extreme jailbird graphic yet? Get to work! #slackers.”
Jim Ross stated on Twitter that he assumes Amy “Lita” Dumas’ appearance on Monday’s Raw SuperShow was a one-time occurrence but that she’s opening to “doing more.” He also added details regarding her arrest Friday.
“Her recent traffic arrest was speeding,” he wrote. “License wasn’t suspended. Computer glitch.”
AugustaCrime.com lists Dumas’ as awaiting trial on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving with a suspended license. She was released on $2,200 bond. Her court date is not listed.

Amy “Lita” Dumas was arrested on Friday night, December 9th in Columbia County, Georgia.
The former WWE diva was charged with Driving While License Suspended/Revoked and Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.
Dumas was booked and taken to jail, where it is believed she spent the night.
Bond has been set at $2,200.

Former Women’s Champion Returning to WWE?
A new rumor suggests that a former WWE Women’s Champion may be returning to the company for a new storyline.
F4WOnline (via Lords of Pain) reports that WWE is close to bringing a name from the past to feud with current Divas Champion Beth Phoenix and Natalya.
