Natalya
WWE Superstars Redux (January 19th, 2012): The (One Sided) Generational War Wages On

Another week and another match between Natalya and Tamina in what must be the most one-sided feud ever. Three weeks, three losses for Natalya, and little to no storyline advancement. Why do we keep seeing the same match over and over? I’m not quite sure, but at least this week we got a lengthier bout between second and third generation Divas compared to the lackluster 1-2 minute matches we’ve seen between them on SmackDown. In fact, this match — if you can look past the canned crowd noise — was pretty darn good.
Check it out below:
Natalya is first out to the ring followed by Tamina in a brand new ring attire. Hurrah! After months of seeing her in the same ring gear, it’s nice to see that she’s changed it up over the past couple of weeks, and I think this attire actually looks good on her and suits her. Kudos!
Natalya Talks About Her Relationship With Bret Hart
SLAM! Wrestling has an interview up with WWE diva Natalya. During the interview, she spoke about her relationship with Bret “The Hitman” Hart.
“I keep very detailed, meticulous notes of my life, and it’s totally inspired by my Uncle Bret,” she said. “My uncle, I guess since we lost my Grandfather Stu, Bret has sort of been the patriarch of our family ever since then. He taught me a lot about basically keeping track of your travels, enjoying these special moments.”
Natalya also talked about how she keeps “The Hitman” in her life. (more…)
Natalya To Write A Book?

Natalya Neidhart says that she will write a book one day about her career. Natalya told Greg Oliver of Slam Wrestling that she writes everything about her career in a journal and sends Bret Hart “long emails and things to really document my feelings,” and that she “100 percent guarantees” she’ll do a book one day.
Former Diva Upset With WWE’s Shabby Treatment Of Natalya
Friday’s episode of SmackDown saw Alicia Fox drop Natalya with a Scissors Kick for the decisive win. Then with Natalya still reeling, Tamina blasted her own partner with a kick to the face, followed up by a Superfly Splash from the top rope. Former Diva Cherry, a close friend of Natalya’s, was alarmed by WWE’s shabby treatment of the third-generation grappler.
She tweeted, “WWE have lost their minds! I have no idea what the hell they’re doing to Natalya! You’re wasting the talent of one of the best wrestlers you’ve got!”
Regarding the loss, Natalya wrote, “It’s not how hard you get hit, but how Many times you get hit, get up and keep on fighting. That’s hart…I mean heart.”
